I’m a healthcare operations and strategy leader with more than a decade of experience inside physician-owned practices and surgical environments. I’ve managed teams, stabilized finances, rebuilt broken systems, and led organizations through growth, transition, and high-pressure change. My background spans practice management, ambulatory surgery operations, compliance, staffing structure, revenue cycle oversight, and systems implementation.

I’m not a consultant who operates from theory. I’ve been in the room — navigating acquisitions, rebuilding trust after leadership breakdowns, managing audits, resolving payroll and compliance issues, and supporting physicians who simply want to practice medicine without losing control of their business.

Personally, I care deeply about autonomy, integrity, and building organizations that protect both patients and professionals. I believe structure creates freedom. Clear roles create accountability. Strong systems protect people. My work is grounded, thoughtful, and direct — focused on helping practices grow sustainably without sacrificing their values.
